Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. Announces the Formation of Bulova Technologies Machinery LLC June 24, 2013

Tampa, FL - (Business Wire) - June 24, 2013 - Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCQB: BLVT) (the "Company") announced today the formation of Bulova Technologies Machinery LLC, the Company's entre into the machine tool business. The newly formed Bulova Technologies Machinery will import industrial machine tools and related equipment from recognized international sources and establish a Distributor/Dealer Network throughout the United States and Canada.

Bulova Technologies Machinery has appointed Mark Leeser, former president of Hitachi, as its President and Robert Morrison as Vice President of Sales. Mark Leeser and Bob Morrison have over 60 years of combined successful experience in the machine tool industry.

Mark Leeser stated, "Our Team is widely known and respected within this industry. We are looking forward to promoting a national footprint for the growth of our business". Bob Morrison, Vice President of Sales, added, "We are extremely pleased to become a part of the Bulova Technologies group providing the manufacturing sector with quality machines at highly competitive prices, generally ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 per machine".
