The Company recently filed its 2006 10-K as well as its 2007 10-Qs and 10-K.
The audits and reviews of the 2008 and 2009 filings are currently being completed.
The Company's goal is to be current on all filings and continue the necessary steps to move the Company's listing from the Pink Sheets to a fully reporting company on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board within the first half of 2010.
