TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLVT) ("BulovaTech" or "the Company") announced today that the Company has had numerous inquires in recent weeks about its future plans. Accordingly, it will provide a comprehensive update to shareholders and other interested parties next Friday, July 24, 2009.
The update will address the Company's business outlook, efforts to become reporting compliant, and initiatives underway to expand the Board of Directors and Advisory Board.
