Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCQB: BLVT.PK - News) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company will hold its first annual informational meeting for shareholders and other interested parties in the Tampa Bay area on July 20, 2012. Details on the location will be posted on the Company’s website on or about April 2, 2012. For those unable to attend, the meeting will be recorded and made available on the website as well.
