Bulova Technologies Awarded U.S. Army Purchasing Agreement and Files 10-K with SEC January 31, 2011 - Business Wire

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BLVT.pk) ("Bulova Tech" or "the Company") announced today the completion of its filing with the Securities Exchange Commission ("SEC") of its Form 10-K for the period ending September 30, 2010. Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. is now current with its required SEC filings.

Additionally, Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bulova Technologies Ordnance Systems LLC has received a 5-year Master Blanket Purchasing Agreement ("BPA") award from the United States Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal -- military research and manufacturing facility. The "BPA" calls for the production and delivery of 59 individual ammunition items in support of security forces in Afghanistan.

The dollar amount of the BPA is unlimited, though historically the U.S. Army has purchased approximately $300 million of ammunition on similar contracts.
